Fusion Veggie & Prawns Pot

Some things are created with lots of effort…some are happy accidents. The Fusion Veggie & Prawns Pot is one of those happy accidents. One day while making our signature Thai paste with sambal oelek and lime juice…but one day right after making the paste at home, we used the same blender to blend some Indian spices like cumin and coriander. Result? Fabulous flavours that bonded together. Mixed with fresh handpicked crunchy veggies and prawns on thin vermicelli, this little pot is a lot to boast about.

  • Yumm special: The drama in the flavour comes from how we cook our Ginger. Some says it’s an art, Nats mum says it’s a science.
